Born in Erzurum in 1989, Uzm.Dr. Cemil Işık started Erzurum Science High School in 2003. He graduated from Erzurum Science High School by giving a project in the field of biology. In 2006, he won the Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine. After her graduation, she worked as a general practitioner and family doctor for 2 years on primary health care and vaccination. He became interested in plastic surgery due to the cleft lip and palate disease, which is intensely observed in his region. During this period, he passed the specialty exam and joined the Selçuk University Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department. prof. Dr. Under the supervision of Zekeriya TOSUN, he carried out operations and studies mostly in the field of maxillofacial surgery and microsurgery, with intensive academic training. He worked on three-dimensional planning in difficult reconstructive cases where planning is important in surgery. One of these studies was awarded the first prize at the Turkish Plastic Surgery Congress in Samsun in 2020. Cemil Işık, who worked on 3D ear reconstruction by doing his thesis in a similar field, was awarded the first prize in the experimental branch the following year. He continued his operations at Bingöl State Hospital for 2 years. During his academic life, he made oral presentations at many national and international congresses. He published 6 articles in international refereed journals and 2 articles in national journals. He is also a member of the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association.

Married and father of two children, Dr. Cemil Işık studied Hüsn-ü Calligraphy and is interested in calligraphy. He still carries out his academic studies as a doctor lecturer at Nişantaşı University Faculty of Medicine and meets with patients from many parts of the world at BHT Clinic Istanbul Tema Hospital.
